General Questions

Q: What is the status of my order?

A: Processing Time:

All order will be processed and shipped out within 3-7 business days after purchase. 

Shipping Time:

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Shipping time ranges based off your location and how far the package has to travel. Typically, shipping takes around 5-14 business days to arrive. All packages are packaged and shipped from Los Angeles, California. 

If you are outside of the USA, please allow a few more weeks for your package to arrive.

Tracking:

All customers will receive updates on their order through their email. After your package has been shipped, you will receive an email that your item(s) have been shipped with a tracking number and link attached to keep track of your package. 

Q: Can I change my order?

A: Most of the times, No. You may try to reach out to us via DM on Instagram if you would like to change your order only if there has not yet been a tracking number made. This does not guarantee that we can change your order as there still is a possibility of us shipping the package before opening the message.

A: We ship from Los Angeles, California. Even though we ship from California, all of our crystals are carefully selected from hundreds of miners from around the world.

A: We ship all around the world. 

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: $4.95 Shipping for orders under $35 in the US. Free Shipping for orders over $35 in the US. $20 Shipping on all orders outside of the US.

Q: How long does it take to ship my order?

Q: Do you offer fast shipping?

A: Most orders shipped in the US will take 5-14 business days to arrive. You may send us a DM on Instagram if you would like to request a faster shipping option. This does not guarantee this can be done.

Q: How can I track my package?

A: After the package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to keep track of your order. Allow at least 24 hours for a new tracking number to update. If for whatever reason you lost your tracking number or did not receive one, please send us a DM on Instagram @AngeliteCrystals or email us Angelitecrystalsbusienss@gmail.com. 

 

 

Returns

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: We do not accept returns. All sales will be final. If the crystal was damaged in shipping, you may DM us photos of proof to @AngeliteCrystals. One of our team members will take a look at this and confirm if it was damaged in shipping or not. We understand that crystals are fragile and may break, even in shipping. We do not want you to receive a broken crystal! If you receive one, please reach out to us.

Q: Can I exchange an item?

A: All sales are final. If the tracking number has not yet been made for this order, you may attempt to DM us on Instagram. This does not guarantee we will make the exchange as we still might ship out your package before seeing your message.
